We have invested in energy efficient freeze-dry technology which produces an average of 30% energy savings.  In addition, our plant uses exclusively technologies that are environmentally friendly, such as refrigeration coolants that are 100% compliant with the Montreal Protocol on ozone depleting substances. 

Our products are compliant with the Global Food Safety Standard.  We are certified organic and produce a range of organic products.

We encourage local sourcing as much as possible.
