At South-Am Freeze Dry we view our corporate responsibility as a three – way  effort. 

First is our responsibility to the local and global community. This is the basis of our environmental corporate responsibility.  It is our focus on sustainable, environmentally friendly technologies and processes, our social corporate responsibility and our commitment to treating employees and suppliers fairly and doing what is best for those groups. 

Second is the responsibility to our customers, and our strict adherence to corporate ethics, product safety and our policy of constantly trying to improve quality, traceability, and product value. Our corporate responsibility is best embodied by our focus on the most demanding certifications required by the industry. However, we also view as of paramount importance working with our customers to seek out new and innovative products and uses for freeze-drying technology. 

Finally, our commitment to the consumer – whether the ultimate consumers that buy our customers' products or consumers that purchase our own retail packed products. Our responsibility to the consumer starts with our commitment to quality and food safety, but touches on all of the other corporate responsibilities discussed herein.
